Does green fall like rain
by: Cameron Haramia
art by: Rahn Marion

On the gravel lining my heart
And do colors still mean something

When what’s your favorite color?
Doesn’t mean as much

As when my favorite color was green
And my heart was paved road

Our lips printed on the mouth
of a coke.
He asks me why I’m sniffling.
I say it’s not fair.
I say it’s not fair
that he can’t say he loves me
in the only language he knows,
when I can cry for him in two.
